BROOKDALE BONITA SPRINGS

My Dad was in Independent living for 3 plus years then moved to assisted living. The management and wellness staff members have always been professional and caring. They have always been there for my Dad. Our family is so appreciative. They are the best!!!

I am a new resident here in Independent Living and I love it here. Everyone is really nice and friendly. You can be as busy as you want because there is so much to do or if you don’t want because you have that option. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a warm welcoming home.

I am a Home Health Nurse who went to this facility to see one of my patients. I had an encounterment with one of the staff caregivers named Jordinice. She was very helpful to me in assisting in a necessary procedure, though with cleaning the patient and had an abundance of professional kindness! The patient recognized her work ethnics by saying "she knows what she is doing. She never makes a mistake!" It was so nice to hear the patient praise her about her hard work and just to know the patient was pleased about her care as well! Keep your kind heart, Jordinice!!

It was very difficult to move my 99 year old mother to a new facility after 13 years at another. But, from day one, the staff at Brookdale made both her and I feel comfortable and were very welcoming. In fact, they were above and beyond what I would have expected. They were a great comfort to me during an otherwise highly stressful time. From the sales staff to the director to the nursing staff, business staff, food providers, care givers, maintenance, and anyone I've forgotten, including the happy, friendly residents, I am thankful I found Brookdale. We have clients at Brookdale Bonita Springs Senior Living and have recommended others to take a tour with Kelli and Erica. First of all, the building is GORGEOUS, amenities galore, and the administrative team is phenomenal! The staff here is absolutely amazing and consistently go above and beyond for their residents. They host fun food truck events, health fairs, and truly care about the well-being of the residents. Patti, the Executive Director, is amazing.
