BROOKDALE BUCK CREEK

Facility and the people are nice, but the food is awful. My mom complains all the time. I once shared a meal with her and I had him agree.

This place is so great it’s absolutely beautiful and amazing the staff are great they make you feel welcome

Our family has been very pleased with the level of care that our loved one receives at Brookedale Buck Creek. The staff are caring, kind & interact well with the residents. They have a lot of fun events for residents & family. We are thankful that our dad feels safe living there & he enjoys the staff:-) I would highly recommend Brookedale Buck Creek!

I feel very safe having my mom live at Brookdale Buck Creek. When I contact the staff they are quick to respond. Mom feels at home here after just a couple of months. All my interactions with the staff have been above and beyond positive. I love the small and homey feel of the place. My mom loves the bus rides to just get outside. She enjoys the seasonal decorations. The place always looks (and smells) great. I can't say enough about the great staff. They are positive and respectful toward the residents. I highly recommend Brookdale Buck Creek.

Brookdale Buck Creek is a wonderful assisted living community! The staff is AMAZING! From the administration to the nurses to the CNA's to housekeeping, and everyone in between. They truly treat my dad as if he is part of their family and they strive to accommodate every request. My dad is happy and safe. I'm so thankful we found Springfield's best kept secret!
