BROOKDALE CAPE CORAL

I am responsible for the care of a 96 year old who has been at Brookdale on Country Club in Cape Coral, FL for 2 1/2 years. I also have experience with another facility to compare to Brookdale on Country Club. HANDS DOWN BROOKDALE ON COUNTRY CLUB IS SUPERIOR. My 96 year old is WELL CARED FOR, SAFE, CONTENT, AND HAPPY. Because the STAFF is CONSISTENT, they KNOW the residents and they are CARING, COMPASSIONATE AND FOLLOW THROUGH IN EVERY WAY. PLEASE KNOW I VALUE THE STAFF AT Brookdale on Country Club AND CONSIDER THEM OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. The nurse, and health and wellness director inform me anytime there is a health issue. The activities director plans amazing age appropriate excursions, games, parties and more. The business office manager and sales director are kind and always interested in my input. The caregivers and maintenance are HANDS-ON and take EXCELLENT care of their residents. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THE STAFF who DESERVE HIGH RECOGNITION FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND EVERY TIME FOR THE RESIDENTS AT Brookdale on Country Club. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brookdale on Country Club EVERY CHANCE I GET. Thank you very much.

My 97 year old mom has been a resident of Brookdale Cape Coral Assisted Living since January 2024 and is doing well. The support and care that she receives from this amazing staff has been awesome. I have found the caregivers, nurses and administration to be professional, committed, friendly, comforting and genuinely focused on her care and well being. Their attention and immediate response to any concerns is notable and deeply appreciated as well as their consistent communication and dialogue. I am so grateful for the wonderful care mom receives at Brookdale!

The facility is wonderful and my brother is the chef at this facility He has been there for 2 months now. He has been an executive chef for quite a few years and he is Superman in the kitchen My mother was also especially awesome at cooking for a large family. I think that’s where Michael got his passion for cooking. Your facility is extremely lucky to have such a wonderful addition to your team. But I’m sure you already knew that He has always wanted to be a service to people. What a wonderful way to enrich peoples lives through food and entertainment and I’m sure many conversations throughout the day. God bless to you all

Cape Coral Country Club Pkwy - such a perfect size and place for my independent grandma. Her sight and hearing are not great, but feel it is a good size for her to navigate with plenty to do. Our family might not have survived the transition without Kelly's help and responsiveness. And communication was pretty good in that the other staff leaders were ready to help and new we were coming. While I was setting up for grandma, the residents all said hello, smiled, and seemed active. Enjoyed seeing residents be outside in front and in courtyard relaxing in shade or in sun. Awesome place for assisted living. Single level, 42 residents, everyone is a member of the family. Facility is clean, meals are well prepared, common areas are well maintained. As for the staff ... Alison is the BEST! She goes out of her way to care for the residents to the very best of her ability, which is pretty darned good. She is always about doing the right thing, even if met with opposition. She cares for the residents with the highest level of dignity and respect. Her level of passion and compassion is unheard of. She is truly an angel. Maria and Jess have tenure, and go above and beyond to take time with each and every resident and family member. They do more than they have to, and more than is expected of them. Highly recommend this facility - especially this team!
