I recently moved my widowed brother up from Florida into Brookdale. Keshia and Heather helped to make his transition as smooth and welcoming as possible. Everyone treats him like royalty! I'm glad we chose this home for him. He is very happy there. Anytime I have a question, they are eager to help. My brother doesn't have any serious medical issues, so I can't speak on how this facility does in that respect. But in every other way, this place is awesome. I wish their chef was cooking my dinners!

The manager has never ran an assisted living and it shows. She is very cold and uncaring. Apparently heart medication wasn't given to a resident for a year and they had a heart attack. Would not allow one of my relatives to live there.

Every time I go to visit my Mom her diaper needs changed and the last time she soaked her pants and the pad underneath on her wheel chair. This place has gone way down hill and they weren’t giving her blood thinner medication for God only knows how long. Do not put your family members in this facility!!!

It was a wonderful place when my mom first moved in. But it went downhill quickly. There were so many issues. The company seems more concerned about keeping the rooms filled over seeing to the needs of the people in those rooms. The were constantly short staffed, and the residents suffered because of it.

My 95-year old Aunt has been at Brookdale for almost 2 years now. The staff and management team there have been wonderful with her and have been quick to answer any questions we have. It feels like a team effort between our family together with the Brookdale staff to take care of our Aunt. We appreciate the "family" feel of this facility.
