Awful communication. You pay a ton of money and can’t even get a call back. Wouldn’t recommend at all. My mom had dementia and everytime I visited her she had food stains on her shirt and I never saw activities going on she just sat in her room

The building is beautiful and smells great! The staff is wonderful and very caring. A hidden gem in Coventry.

This place doesn't even deserve a one star. They full on took advantage of myself, my brother and most important my mother. We were in desperate need of care for my mother, who also came with a medical device. This place promised us the world until after signing on the dotted line. They fell terribly short. The head nurse or whatever her title is, she is a pure joke- stay clear of her at all cost. I will spare the details. Looking back there were so many red flags, but like I said I was desperately looking for help. Proceed with caution..

Both my parents lived here for a short time before my father had to move out for advanced nursing but the staff made sure he was always comfortable and safe for himself and the other residents. I really appreciate all the input they gave us and they prioritized his wellbeing over money. The building itself was also very nice and the maintenance staff was quick to fix any problems in his room.

My mother moved in and the staff was very welcoming and knowledgable. Whenever I talk to the nurses for updates on my mother's condition, they are very amicable and take the time I need to understand. They are very patient and kind when my mother is difficult and always make sure her needs are met. I'm always grateful for the staff here.
