BROOKDALE CHAMPION OAKS

The new management has done a great job here! There have been so many resident success stories, food is delicious and activities keep them busy. The staff are friendly, caring and professional and I’m very comfortable with my loved one there.

The staff at Brookdale are the shining stars of the facility. The leadership was very helpful in navigating a new situation for us and made move in simple. The nurses were so helpful in keeping us up to date as anything changed. The day and night care team were so helpful, respectful, and genuinely cared even in difficult situations.

My mother has been welcomed with open arms by staff and residents. It was a tough decision, but I feel better knowing someone is on staff 24/7 and is looking out for her. Everyone is so loving.

My sister and I recently visited Brookdale Champion Oaks to see if it might be a good fit for our mom. We were so thankful for Jeanie who showed us around and patiently answered our questions. This is a lovely place that has plenty of cozy touches. The residents are friendly and happy, engaged in their activities and clearly feel this is their home. The outside setting is beautiful woodlands with lots of birds and the inner courtyard is simply wonderful with shade trees, cobbled paths, and areas to sit and enjoy. When my mom is ready to make this move, we know this will be a very good place for her.

After spending some long hours & many days visiting my mom, I really got to experience day to day life at this facility. I can honestly say the staff is VERY talented, compassionate, patience and respectful. I know my mother is in good hands as she adjusts to her new surroundings. I would totally recommend this facility. The food is good, the activities are fun and the garden is a little oasis for the residents. Being out of state has been very challenging, however communications with the staff and management is prompt and professional.
