Brookdale Chapel Hill AL (NC)

Our experience with Brookdale has been absolutely wonderful! The staff and nurses are fantastic—caring, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make sure residents feel comfortable and supported. My father is very happy here, which brings our whole family such peace of mind. The community is welcoming, the environment is clean and cheerful, and it truly feels like home. We’re so grateful to everyone on the team for the compassion and kindness they show every day!

Brookdale has been absolutely wonderful! My mother was a little nervous about moving to assisted living, but this has been such a positive experience for her - she’s truly happy and thriving here. The entire team is caring and professional, and the nurses always bring such positive attitudes. Ann Marie, in particular, has been an incredible support, we truly love her and appreciate everything she does. The staff goes above and beyond every day, and we’re so grateful for the compassionate care they provide.

if I could give this place a zero I honestly brook dales change the way they pay us entertainers more than I change underwear and they always make it be the vendors fault there a brook dale icen Columbia s c that still has n t gave us $150 since Jan of last year we explained to the activity director that we have been trying to get signed up as a vendor week s before the Aug 15 concert so on our last phone call she said days before if we showed up early we could get the help we need also we travel a little over 2 hours each way to get their when got there we were Greet by a rude lady named Cindy or Cynthia we have been trying to get signed up since we left we talked to the ad and the finance lady we made lots of call and left messages with the tech support never got a returned call and we finally did it was 2 weeks later and they apolized for being over worked and under staff we just want our money they also admitted these lots of tech issues and even now Sept 22 at 2 47 for the past hour we been trying to get a code and the code that the system e mails us never works to lock us into the system !!! I can’t say enough about how happy I am that my dad lives here! The most important thing is my dad says he trusts his caregivers! This is priceless! The residents on his hall all care for one another and it shows. I have only had great experiences with everyone. Are there minor issues, of course but they are nothing in comparison to the compassion and care every single person shows my dad.

My dad has been living at Brookdale Chapel Hill for around 6 months. We have been extremely happy with the team at Brookdale. His situation has been unique and complex in various ways, and the team has consistently provided us with a very high level of care and support. I recommend this facility extremely highly for anyone who is looking for a great place to partner with for the care of a loved one!
