BROOKDALE CLUB HILL

All smiles and nice when you first move in, but after my FIL passed away they took 3k+ from his estate a month after we had cleared his apartment. They insist you set up auto pay for the monthly rent. We cannot get anyone to call us back not Deidra or Laura. It’s been two weeks and we need the money to pay the bills on his house. Update: got a check back from them BUT it’s made out to the estate of …. So bank won’t deposit it. And Brookdale is checking to see if they can write a new check; not sure why they can’t put the money back the same way they took it out. Why didn’t they close out his account? There is no excuse, it is THEFT.

Overall this is a fabulous place to live. Different levels of care are available. Great activities. Elegant dining and good food. Friendly staff. Cleaning lady. Beauty shop. Happy hour, programs, cruises. I love living here and I have been at another place. My cottage is awesome and I have a back yard for my dogs. My cottage is 2 bedroom and is spacious. My baby grand piano is in my living room. Big screen tv. Spacious kitchen and stove and full size fridge. I have a carport. I love living here.

My mother in law absolutely loves this community! She’s had previously lived in a place where there weren’t many activities and the food was hit or miss. Now she is part of a painting class, sewing class and other activities. And she loves the food! She has also met many friends and become so much more active and happy! The staff takes such excellent care of her and the residents. The activities director is so engaged and comes up with the most unique experiences and outings for them. My husband and I trust that she is WELL taken care of at Brookdale Club Hill!

Brookdale at Club Hill is a great place for my parents. The property is very well kept up and has nice big trees and a nice little duck pond that my parents love. All the staff we have talked to have been great and are very friendly, helpful and treat all the residents kindly. All the residents we have ran into really seem happy and love living here. They always have parties and other activities going on that give the residents plenty of things to do. This was a big move and change for my parents, and I really appreciate all the help we received and continue to receive from Tanya, Brenda and the rest of the staff during this life transition for my parents.

This Brookdale Senior Living is a grand old facility that has been completely remodeled. Our mother is very comfortable and happy in her lovely apartment. The apartment itself is large with big windows for sunshine to enter in to the rooms, a full kitchen & a nice size patio for mom's beautiful flower pots. Brookdale has a variety of activities of games, exercise, even water aerobics, fabulous evening events, day trip events as well as planned vacation travel. The meals are served in nice dining atmosphere. Sunday brunch is such a treat! The staff are kind & accommodating. We are pleased that our mom is cozy, happy & safe!
