I recently was appalled at the bookkeeping methods used. From improper posting between accounts resulting in unnecessary late notices, phone calists, etc. I have spent many hours going over the billing and payments for my loved ones. Due to previous employees, I think Brookdale should perform an audit. I was actually told payments are misapplied when there are are couples living in different rooms.

My aunt has been in the memory care unit for some time now we visit her a lot this place is amazing Sofia is very kind Brittney is very creative with the residents her activities always put a smile on my aunt face she enjoy her spa days and she has also been posted on the Brookdale facebook page cooking and painting I enjoy that the activities allow her to engage and she even has other residents as friends. I recently visited and my aunt spoke so well about the fried chicken I could not believe being in her condition she would remember fried chicken I would love to meet the chef I did always appreciate Pam she is very professional and has always been kind to my auntie I could not give the facility a 5 star because of the strong smoke smell near the front door from a staff member it was the weekend and she stood by the entrance and was smoking a cigarette the smell lingered on her as well as the community it was not very professional I do know this young lady name and will speak to management i do know managers may not work on weekends but the staff should adhere to the policy other than that I appreciate the memory care staff and it’s always a pleasure to know your love ones are cared for.

My mother has been at Brookdale in Memory care for over a year now. The staff is caring and very attentive. The facilty is very clean and welcoming. They have a lovely patio area that the residents can enjoy. I can rest easy knowing that my Mother is very well taken care of. I highly recommend this place for your loved one.

Everything that Blake Schooley told us about Brookdale Concord is true. My brother has been in residence for 3 months and has acclimated beautifully and been cared for by a very dedicated staff.He has many friends and feels safe in his new home.
