My grandfather was at Brookdale Conway for 4 1/2 years until he passed at 99. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with his care. The staff was wonderful, treated him like family and respected his need to be independent as much as possible. He participated in and really enjoyed most of the activities especially bingo. The facility is clean and in good condition. The director, Tamika, has a big heart for her residents as does Sherry, the business manager, Angie, the activities director, and their nurse, Shawneequa. To show you how much they care, many of them came to see my grandfather when he was at Conway Medical Center before he passed. Brookdale Conway and staff will always be in my grateful heart for their care and compassion.

Very pleased. Brookdale is very clean, workers (all) passionate about their work with genuine interest in client interest & concerns. Food is very good with A rating. Very conviently located. Both of us were here for respite care, surgery healing , wife till I can take care her at home.

The staff at Brookdale Conway will care for and love your family as if they were their own. The small atmosphere offers a more personal environment that allows every staff member to truly know, care about and for your loved ones. It is not big, marble, new and shiny but it is incredibly clean and will feel more like home than most of the newer larger facilities.

My mom was diagnosed with dementia a couple of years ago. We moved her in with us for over a year. In November she started declining and got to a point we were afraid for her wellbeing. We took her to Brookdale Conway for a visit. After meeting with some staff and taking a tour She made the decision to move in. She never regretted it and loved everything about Brookdale. The grounds inside and out were very clean and orderly. The food was great and she looked forward to eating all 3 meals with her and her friends. We ate several times with her and the food was very good. The activities kept her very busy. Her Aides and Med Techs took the best care of her and showed her so much love and compassion. We were there almost every day and the staff would call us when ever the saw or noticed any changes in her. Towards the end they did everything possible to show mom all the love and compassion they could. Everybody that works are professional in everything they do. Sadly mom lost her fight with dementia in August. The love and compassion shown to us was second to none during her final few weeks. We will always be thankful for the entire staff at Brookdale.

My dad has been at Brookdale for 18 months now. When we first moved him in he had a good sized room with a living area and a bedroom area. We just moved him into a smaller efficiency room as he really didn’t need the larger space. The efficiency room has plenty of space for the bed table and television. There is a walk-in closet that we are able to put a dresser in as well. The staff is very attentive to him as he requires much care now. He always smiles at the attention he gets from them. For his meals he sits with three other World War II veterans. They always mention what a good eater he is! Dad gets involved in the exercises and also likes movie time with popcorn. The location is about 10 minutes from our house so we were able to visit him frequently. The main thing for us is that he has care around the clock and is doing well for 96 years old.
