Stay as far away as possible. Director is incompetent. Secretly run by an incredibly incompetent Medical Director who is actually an LPN. Food is swill, staff are rude and surly ( I would be too, if I had to work there). Prices start at roughly $5000/month. For that you get an empty room and bad food. Literally everything else is an up charge.

Kathleen is super sweet and patient. She really made us feel welcome and worked around our needs to give us a tour three times before my aunt decided to move in! Geoff was kind and also thoughtful in his presentation and knowledgeable about his facility! All staff greeted us and made my aunt feel welcomed and special! We look forward to moving in soon!

One of the BEST Assisted Living Facilities in Rock Hill. The facility is always clean and the staff is great!! I've had a family member and a patient that stayed at the facility recently for Respite and they both enjoyed their experience!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about the facility.

We ended up moving my mom back to our home state of Indiana, so she did not ultimately become a resident here, but I highly recommend talking with their sales specialist, Ann Campbell. We were researching assisted living before COVID hit and everything came to a screeching halt. It was a very stressful time taking care of mom 24/7 at my home. Ann called to check in on us and follow up several times over the 4 months, while I was trying to determine the best option for mom. Ann couldn’t have been more helpful, caring and creative in answering questions and providing information even though we couldn’t tour “in person”. (Talking with her never felt like a “sales” discussion). She was was a blessing during a difficult time and gave me hope that there were reasonable options for for mom, in spite of the COVID. Ann has a gift for communication and caring, and I learned so much from her. She clearly loves what she does, and truly strives to help people. If you are evaluating Assisted Living residence for your loved one, I highly recommend having this one on your list, and talking to Ann.
