She is compassionate, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure both residents and families feel supported and heard. The staff at Ennis Pointe is the best. My mom was a resident there for about two years before she passed, and we were very pleased with the care she received. If we ever had a need or concern for mom, the director met with us promptly and addressed everything in a timely fashion. There were plenty of planned activities to keep mom engaged, and we were never concerned for her safety or welfare. I highly recommend Ennis Pointe for assisted living.
