My parent has been at the facility for 3+ years and the quality of the facility and its services has declined drastically in that timeframe. becoming quite disenchanted and dissatisfied with the overall quality.

Great facility and caring. Natalie Meier was my initial contact. She is the best! John Hunter is in a great care facility. Brookdale Evesham gives me great peace of mind for John Hunter.

I have lived at Brookdale Evesham for about 3 months in an assisted living room. The aides are great. However, the food leaves a lot to be desired. It typically takes about an hour from the time a meal is ordered to the time it is served. Even then, the food isn't always prepared correctly, even when a special request is made. Oftentimes it is lukewarm at best. If I were able to opt out of eating meals in the dining room in exchange for a reduced rent payment, I would do it in a heartbeat.

Brookdale Evesham is an exceptional place with incredible staff and an at-home community feel. We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our mom and truly believe Brookdale extended her life and gave her the quality of life that no other facility could have provided her. Brookdale is not just an independent/assisted living facility, it is truly a place that residents can call home. The nursing and care staff continuously knock it out of the park and the food service and housekeeping are high quality. Every single staff member, from the front desk staff to housekeeping to nursing to director level has left a positive impression on my mother and on our family.
