Brookdale Falling Creek

this is a phenomenal experience in general. You don’t come in ever and smell the urine smell like you do In most places. That care is 100% genuine and even for the families you come in you fill it and you know that this is the right place. The best experience for me and for my mom. The administrator Amber amazing person always is there when you need her. The communication with nursing tremendously helpful the facility itself is always clean. The activities mom participates in and the activities director Also Creative spunky, and a light. Always comes and gets mom she’s never in her room. Marketing Director, amazing Answered any questions that I needed for this transition. Care staff I cannot give you enough thanks Cindy amazing great communication the Med techs awesome caregivers awesome. I mean, if you’re looking for someone to actually love your person that you’re gonna leave because you can’t do it all this would be the place. I think God for Brookdale falling Creek because this is an amazing heartwarming, loving facility that I have ever experienced in my whole entire life and I’m almost 57 years old.

8/1/25 This review is more about management and the contract structure of this local facility The investigation is still ongoing Emily is the Executive Director Haley is in Sales Angela is finance Issue my mother is there in Hickory and was there on 6/6/25 However Haley sent contracts that started in May of 2025 and not sure why we didn’t even get a key or move into the apartment until 6/4 at earliest So my opinion billing should have started 6/1/25 or even after no staff was caring for my mother etc, Today 8/1/25 We got a bill that charged the large room price and we are in a smaller room a difference of $200 each month They want us to enroll into automatically paying etc, when we brought this to their attention to do something to correct it they hide behind the “contract “ which is very confusing and never went over it face to face Anyway,,, if I called the cooperate office in Brentwood Tn and opened a investigation Plus’s review on BBB but they are not a member But state law requires them to be supervised by NCDHHS, I know the workers there do great job but,,, I have videos and photos of things there that mgt can control They need to do what is right and stand by the pricing they gave in emails fix the contract so it’s clear and not confusing to all It’s not clear to new folks doing this But I see them as crooks and shady people lining their pockets or getting credit for full bed/apartments,, It’s expensive and we should only be charged for what we are using *They know what they are doing And can fix it simply Ball is in their court hopefully they do what is right

Any Assisted Living Facility decision is a difficult one for a family! We researched and interviewed multiple facilities for my Mother. Obviously the level of care was the first consideration with the cost being a close second, due to the fact we have to be realistic of what we could and couldn’t afford. Brookdale Falling Creek was our decision, and it was the right decision. The Staff, and the people that make up the Staff here, are absolutely outstanding! They genuinely care about my Mother and try to make her life better! It is obvious to us that this is the case by my Mother’s statements and the way she is treated! In addition, there is No inexpensive or cost effective solution, to this issue of Assisted Living, because it is simply a “necessary evil” and one that we all eventually have to face! The Staff of Brookdale Falling Creek has made the transition for us, and our family, a much better situation than we ever expected and is a testament to those people that make up the staff and their internal administration at Brookdale Falling Creek! We would highly recommend Brookdale Falling Creek to anyone attempting to make an Assisted Living decision for their family member!
