My mother was at Brookdale for over three years. She has serious dementia and was in the long term care section. We had to move her recently because they do not accept medicaid and for financial reasons we needed to transition onto Medicaid. It is night and day, let me tell you. She received such loving care at Brookdale. The staff, from the receptionist to the director, are all fantastic. If you are considering this place for a loved one, I'd say, Rest easy. I am so grateful for the care my mother received there.

We love Brookdale! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Administration is available to residents and their families. The grounds & facility are beautiful and well maintained. Lots of activities for the residents and there are also events for the residents & their families.

Our initial introduction to Brookdale Finneytown Senior Living facility was to get a respite for me, my wife, and family. My family's experience has greatly improved with Brookdale and gives us a peace of mind with my mom, who has been in the Memory Care Unit for over one year and one-half. In the beginning of our experience, there were turnover issues with staff, however, since new management has been in place, Brookdale has great staff to keep their patients safe, clean, and involved in several activities. My mom's health and wellness have greatly improved along with the interactions with other patients and staff. If anyone is in need of a safe, bright, positive environment for their family member, Brookdale is a place with continuous improvement and awareness of the needs of their patients, families, and staff.
