⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars Isn’t Enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brookdale Forest City has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, the entire team went above and beyond to make our family feel supported, welcomed, and confident in our decision. What truly sets this community apart is the extraordinary effort they put into coordinating my mom’s transfer from another Brookdale community in Oklahoma. That kind of cross-state coordination could have been complicated and stressful—but Brookdale Forest City handled it with professionalism, compassion, and care every step of the way. They made what could have been overwhelming feel seamless. When my mom arrived, we were absolutely blown away. They completely renovated her apartment, thoughtfully preparing it so she felt immediately at home. The attention to detail, the care put into making her space warm and welcoming—it meant the world to our family and made her transition so much easier. The staff is simply amazing—kind, attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in the residents. Every interaction feels personal, not transactional. You can tell they truly love what they do. The building itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and filled with light, warmth, and life. This experience has exceeded every expectation we had. In fact, we joke (only half-joking!) that we all want to move into Brookdale Forest City ourselves. That’s how wonderful it is. If you’re looking for a senior living community that treats residents like family, goes the extra mile without being asked, and provides an outstanding environment with an incredible team—Brookdale Forest City is it. We are deeply grateful and couldn’t recommend them more highly. ❤️

This assisted living facility is so inviting and the staff are all so welcoming. Kristin the Executive Director, Natasha the Health and Wellness Director, and Rhonda the Sales Manager are so lovely and informative. I am very impressed with the look and feel of the home, and the compassion with all of the staff that I encountered. When it is time for that transition for my grandmother, I will be looking at Brookdale Forest City as her new home.

Kristin and her staff are phenomenal. They treat my father and our family with kindness and respect, and they always keep me updated on my father's health and activities. This is truly an outstanding facility. My father is happy here and that really says it all.

I can not so enough about the staff and faculty. From the time we toured and my mom moved in. They are so warm , caring and welcomed my mom with open arms. My heart so happy my mom is in good hands.

My brother was there for five months before the monthly cost resulted in him having to find a new more affordable facility.. During the five months his over all health improved and the staff including Dawn, Kristin, Sharon, David and Carlos and others were very attentive to him and available when I (his sister) needed info or just need to check on him or talk to him on the phone. I appreciate all everyone did for him.
