BROOKDALE FORT WALTON BEACH

We have been at other facilities before this one, and this is the first that has been respectful, responsive, and homey. Staff is caring and engaged, not just there for a paycheck. Residents are clean, cared for, and known by name - not a room number. We have been here over a year, and any problem has been resolved promptly. We definitely recommend this facility.

They took excellent care of my mom. Management and staff are caring and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and always wiling to help. They are professional and we loved that there is always a nurse available. The facility is comfortable and welcoming and very reasonably priced. We are so thankful for Brookdale.

Adam at Brookdale is the most helpful person that I have ever dealt with. He walked me thru some very difficult decisions that had to be made. I am thankful Adam went the extra mile for me and my family. Brookdale is very lucky to have Adam representing the Brookdale family. Thank you!!

Brookdale cared for my mom for 3 years, very compassionate and caring, I couldn’t think of a better place for my mom. The level of care is what one would expect for their loved ones and not only did they take care of her, they made sure I was always informed about her health and always consulted me on her care.

My Dad has moved in here after some medical issues. The facility is VERY clean with great common areas where the residents can socialize and mingle, making new friends. The staff is very attentive yet allows the residents their privacy. The meals are made fresh every day with healthy ingredients. There is a bus onsite that can transport the residents to shopping or other errands. This facility is a great find!
