Vince has been so helpful in the process of moving my family member into this community. This is a beautiful community with amazing staff and amenities. We are so happy to join this wonderful family. Everyone is so nice, the building is clean. So thankful for the peace of mind Brookdale Greenville provides

We have had a terrible experience at Brookdale Greenville. Last week our mother was yelled at and physically hurt by a couple of the caregivers. The Health and Wellness Director they report to defended them as “only trying to help”. Upper management dismissed everything as a misunderstanding. This company only cares about making money (they raised our rates by 13% last year); they care nothing about the people who they are supposed to be caring for.
