A wonderful assisted living facility with caring and professional staff. They treat residents with respect and always keep families informed. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming. I’m truly grateful for the quality of care they provide. Highly recommended.

Donna, my brother’s primary care giver, is absolutely extraordinary! Additionally, I am very pleased with the current administrator, Nicole. She is extremely caring, responsive and transparent.

My husband has been a resident at Brookdale Hamilton for 18 months. Both my husband and I have benefited from the community atmosphere which is a constant throughout the building. The Director instills this in the staff and this creates a trust and confidence for all that care for him. He has benefited from the Memory Care Support, Engagement Opportunities and Activities that are offered daily. Friends For Life is a monthly event organized by the Sales Manager often bringing in a DJ along with refreshments. This is a community event encouraging family involvement. I have made many friends as I visit daily and receive genuine support which is quite comforting at what can be a difficult journey. I am very pleased in choosing Brookdale Hamilton for my husband.

First time visiting my sister in law. I was so happy to see Cheri so calm and content … Brookdale seems very cozy in areas lovely court yard and workers assisted in finding her wheelchair…. We will be back . Sales manager was very professional and informative. We are here with Carmelo

My mother is 94 and has been a resident at Brookdale Hamilton for 2 1/2 years now. Brookdale Hamilton is a dementia/Alzheimer’s care facility only. It is a small facility which I love. My mother enjoys the daily activity program which helps residents with their memory by answering trivia questions, playing games, doing crafts, baking, exercising etc. A new Executive Director, Jamie Whilden was recently brought in. There are always some reservations when there is a change with management but it seems that Jamie has a grasp on what needs to be done. I had a few issues that I discussed with her personally and she quickly and efficiently took care of them. The entire staff is exceptional…. kind, caring and so much patience with all the residents. The food is very good & well balanced and the dining room is lovely. I can visit my mother anytime I want and take her out for lunch or to my house with no problem. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale Hamilton. It has definitely made a difference in my life and my mothers.
