BROOKDALE HAYS

I am SO happy my mom landed at Brookdale. She actually likes the food and that is saying something! And we love the staff. We have never experienced such a team spirit where everyone pitches in to help. Thank you to EVERYONE who helps make Brookdale the best place in town.

This has been a God send for us. My mother was recently widowed and has several of her own ailments that made living alone too difficult, she needed social interaction. Brookdale Hays has a wonderful staff from top to bottom, they keep them safe, clean, fed and active. They go out of their way to provide specific individualized attention to every resident. It feels like a big family every time we are there. Involving the family is important to them. They do excellent in all types of needs from just living assistance to the more detailed difficult cases. My mom is hard to please and she couldn't be happier than at Brookdale. Thanks for caring so much!!!

Mom was a resident at Brookdale in Hays for several years. When she first moved in she needed a lot of help with her daily activities. The staff were always pleasant and displayed the patience needed to make mom feel comfortable. Mom made some very good friends with several of the other residents. The meals were good and mom looked forward to meeting her friends for meals. Mom became attached to several of the staff that worked with her. Even though the staff’s jobs could be stressful at times they always entered her room with a smile and would make the time to visit with her. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone whose loved one is needing assisted living.

We recently moved our mother to Brookdale Senior Living in Hays KS. The admissions process was very smooth with the assistance of Brandon and Ashley and all of the staff at the facility. Everyone was genuinely interested in making sure Mom's needs were being met. Even though it has been just three weeks since her move to Brookdale, Mom has made friends and has remarked on the quality of the care and food she has received.

It was stressful for my Father to go into Assisted Living, but Brookdale proved to be so much more than expected. My Father loves the food! The meals are prepared fresh and home made! He has a nice room that Brookdale let us decorate with items from Dad's home. They prepare and dispense his medicine, do his laundry and keep his room clean. The kind friendly staff interact with him often. There is a certified nurse on staff... and he has met a few new friends. My Father appreciates that Brookdale provides religious activities ... and fun little events. He has settled in and is doing well. Thank you Brookdale !
