Brookdale Hickory Northeast

Brookdale is super nice compared to other local facilities. They really make it feel as much like home as possible. They provide activities of different kinds to try to do something everyone likes. The staff are amazing and I admit I thought maybe they were just being nice cause we were new but it's been months and everyone is still just as nice as day one. I am super happy with choosing this place for my dad, and he likes it too.

I find the staff to be enjoyable and knowledgeable. They seem to know everyone by name and always helpful if I have any questions regarding my mom whose is staying there. I like the fact that it's a smaller facility, And the other people living there are also friendly and know my mom by name and who my brother and I are when we walk in. I would definitely recommend to a friend if they had a family member needing this type of care.

This Brookdale facility has amazing staff that truly care for the residents and take pride in their job. I moved My mom there a year ago and she and her family have been absolutely thrilled with this facility. Her health and mental acuity have gotten so much better since the last facility. The activities,the food, the access to events outside in the community are all priorities of this Brookdale. I highly recommend it.

A fantastic community! I'm one that researches everything DEEPLY- From restaurants I'm thinking about eating at, to toiler tissue I'm debating about trying out. So when it came to choosing a community for my grandmother myself and the entire family dug through all the places and researched to no end. We decided Brookdale Hickory would be the best place for her and boy where we right! Every time we come to visit (Which is often) it's always clean, all the residents looks and acts excited to be apart of the community here. I do want to give a specific shout out to Lindsey! She is amazing, always communicates with us when we have questions and is very trustworthy. She has truly helped in every way when we ask or even before! I 100% recommend choosing this place for the ones you love 10s all across the board.

We have been very impressed and thankful for the care that my dad has received while in the care of Brookdale Hickory Northeast. My dad came to Brookdale in an emergency transfer from a different facility where we had a very different, and negative experience. Brookdale was kind and accommodating from the very beginning. My dad is not a number there, the staff know him by name, and are able to communicate quickly and efficiently when discussing the details of his care. Erin has been super accommodating, and supportive, even helping to schedule appointments and arrange for transportation when needed. They take the care and well being of my father into account with their decisions, and I feel comfortable knowing that my dads needs are being met. The staff has gone above and beyond for our family from the very beginning, even when navigating difficult challenges associated with my dads care. They not only support the patient, but their family as well, and we have been so thankful to have their insight, patience, and support during such a challenging time for our family.
