I want to take a moment to recognize Latisha Batts for the incredible difference she has made at Brookdale High Point North. From the very beginning, she has brought a fresh energy and a true sense of compassion to the community. What stands out most is how approachable and attentive she is, always taking the time to listen and ensure both residents and staff feel valued. Latisha has a gift for making people feel comfortable and heard, which goes a long way in creating a positive atmosphere. The changes she’s introduced have been thoughtful and well-communicated, and it’s clear that every decision is made with residents’ best interests at heart. Thank you, Latisha, for your leadership and for genuinely caring about the people here. It’s reassuring to know the community is in such capable and compassionate hands.

Latisha Batts is horrible. She has yet to resolve any issues. She is never at the community. She comes in changing things that work. Hasn’t taken the time to learn staff or resident names because she is not there long enough to care. This is not a good start hope she sees this and does better.

I visited Brookdale High Point North in January 2022 as part of the work I was doing to evaluate independent and assisted living facilities for my mother. My impression of High Point North was that it was comfortable and clean and very efficiently managed. All of the residents I saw were clearly being cared for with compassion and respect for their dignity. The staff members I spoke with were open and friendly and didn't hesitate to answer the many questions I asked. In particular, the Sales Manager - Bobbi Beene - went out of her way to ensure that I had all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. She continued to personally follow-up with me after my visit to offer helpful advice and to ask how my mother was. I strongly recommend considering Brookdale High Point North if you are looking for assisted living. I believe you will be as impressed as I was.
