Becky Bustamante, front desk clerk, is a fabulous employee! She knows all the patients, staff and families and provides service in a respectful, friendly and professional manner. She has been my go-to contact at the facility!

The team at Brookdale Hollywood Park have been wonderful. I knew it was the right place for my mother after my first visit. The leadership and the care staff have all gone above and beyond to take care of my mother, and to help her with the challenging transition to assisted living.

Brookdale Hollywood Park in San Antonio was a great place for us to have our Dad during his decline, when we could no longer care for him at home. We got to know all of the caregivers in the Clair Bridge unit and they were all so patient and kind, it truly was inspiring. I want to thank especially Taniesha — fantastic upbeat spirit! And her colleague Toya was wonderful as well — great at helping those who are sometimes resistant and cantankerous. Thank you to Beatrice who did so much for my dad when he was having difficulties at night. She made the brave final call to me when he passed. My family thanks everyone at Brookdale and the people in the front office who were also helpful and understanding.
