BROOKDALE ISLAND LAKE

We came to visit a resident as a group. The staff was extremely accommodating and professionally. The facility was clean and the residents appear to be engaged in games and other activities. I was very impressed.

Poor care for my mother in law. They did not respond when she pushed her call button for help. They didn’t clean her up after she had an accident in her bed. We brought her home after one day in the rehab center. I would not trust them with my loved ones.

We placed our loved one at Island Lake Center and it has been an excellent choice. The facility is clean, the staff is caring and attentive, and the rehab team has done a great job helping with recovery and progress. We’re very grateful for the quality care and support. Highly recommend.

Attended 90th birthday party for a resident. Facility was very accommodating. Several associates were very helpful with taking pictures for the family. One played guitar and sang happy birthday to the resident. Thank you. It was quite pleasant.

We have been blessed with several nurses and their associates but today an assistant named Patty took extra interest in helping with Duane Higgins. He seemed extra challenging today but she was determined to help him. I will find out the names of some of the others who also really helped in the past. As far as those who work at the front desk, you definitely have the best at all times!
