BROOKDALE LAKE HIGHLANDS

Staff is wonderful, but facility is mismanaged. Their house physician, Dr Chumlea is non responsive

My mother is a resident at Brookdale Lake Highlands.She and I are both very happy and she has regained her independence. All of the residents I have met are happy and engaged. The staff is amazing and very interactive with the residents

Brookdale Lake Highlands has been a blessing to my family. I know my family members are safe here and loved. Honestly, the property could use some updating but Brookdale is currently making that happen and it will take time. Overall, Brookdale Lake Highlands is a wonderful community where all the residents are part of a family. Also, my dad and mom's dogs are like the mascots and everyone perks up when they are walking around (on a leash.)

Brookdale Lake Highlands is great. Mom has had the best experience in their Memory Care. We cherish the memories from Brookdale. The staff is warm and friendly and always willing to do what it takes to care for your loved. The food is excellent and family is welcome to make reservations to have a meal with their love one. Thanks you Brookdale for taking such wonderful care of my Mom. We Love Brookdale.

I recently took a tour of the Brookdale Lake Highlands Senior Living Center and was very impressed with my experience for several reasons. The one-level layout of the center is clean, spacious, comfortable and feels like home. It’s decorated very nicely and gives you the feeling of being in a close friend or family members home. I could also tell it is a strong community there as there were many group activities and gatherings taking place. The staff is very friendly and prides themselves on the care of people staying there. I don’t give reviews often but I would feel comfortable about visiting my parents at Brookdale.
