BROOKDALE LAKESHORE

This place is the waste of your money. They don't help the patience to it on the bus to go to the doctor office. And he miss lots of Doctor appointment . This is awful. My dad was a patient there. And if I could, I would get this place at 0? And no one cares and helps you. They are understaff. This place is disappointing. I think it's a big joke. I would not send a dog here.

Brookdale Lakeshore was the best decision we ever made for mom due to her worsening dementia. The staff Is kind and warm, and most of all she is SAFE there. She was very hesitant to leave her home. However she is nothing but smiles when we visit and has not asked to go "home" in the 4 months she has been there. She enjoys the many outings and activities Brookdale offers when she is not busy with her dog, that she was able to take with her :) Thank you Ed and staff!

Brookdale Lakeshore is the perfect place for my mother. The staff is caring and always on top of any situation that occurs. There are always activities going on and the food they serve is amazing. My mother went from 101 pounds to 118 pounds in just the short time she's been there. Every time I visit she looks healthier and happier then when she was at home. Awesome place would highly recommend.

We love Ms Betty and her staff at Brookdale Lakeshore. Ms Dee, Ms Olga, Ms Janice, Ms Alexia who treat our mother with the utmost love and respect. The rest of the new amazing staff (I don’t know all their name yet) also getting to know her and are always so kind. The chefs make delicious meals (we know we have eaten there too) and do their best to accommodate everyone’s needs. The activities and outings are fun and engaging and they do a wonderful job of building community. My mom has so many friends now and it has truly been a blessing and peace of mind for us to have her in such a great environment. We already miss Ms Jaylynn but if you are looking for a great place for your loved ones give Mr Ed a call he will take great care of you to help make it a smooth transition. Thanks Brookdale Lakeshore you are our new extended family!!

Brookdale Lakeshore is a loving and compassionate community. I have experienced first hand how the staff genuinely care for their residents. It has been a privilege getting to know the staff, they are always welcoming and make you feel like part of the Brookdale family. I would definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends.
