BROOKDALE LAKEVIEW CROSSING

We've had a very good experience with Brookdale Lakeview Crossing. The staff is attentive and genuinely kind. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming feeling from the spacious front entry to the comfortable lobby. The communication from the team is consistent and they're responsive when we have questions and concerns. It's also reassuring to know that there's medical support on-site when needed. The nurses are wonderful, caring and engaged with their residents. Always available to answer a question or simply catch up with friendly conversation. The maintenance team/cleaners/ aides are attentive. It has not gone unnoticed that improvements have been made in this area and are very much appreciated. The activities offered help keep residents engaged, and the meals seem to be thoughtfully planned with both nutrition and variety in mind. Staff members are friendly and appear to really make an effort to make meal time/choices positive. My parents didn’t plan on this choice in life but this facility has given us peace of mind knowing our loved one is in good hands. We're grateful for the care and support they provide.

Lakeview has been very good for my mother. The nurses are very nice and caring. the facilities are well maintained. I really appreciate the 360 nurses and the gals in my mother's area. They have been great, and care for my mom. They have the patience of saints when it come to dementia care. Thank you for all you do.
