Brookdale Lenoir

Highly recommended. The staff are great: skilled, friendly and supportive. The facilities are very pleasant and well maintained. My brother (who suffers from Parkinson's) seems happy living in Brookdale.

Brookdale is such a beautiful environment, the staff, Barbara, Nathan, Leslie, and Michelle were very informative when I was searching for a place for my friend who had no family . I can’t say enough great things about all of the nurses, business department, food service, or maintenance. And the other residents all were very welcoming

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this place is and how caring the people that work there have been to us and to our Mom. We have struggled the last two years, managing the care of our Mom until It came to the point that she needed more than we could provide. I live in the area and Brookdale was one of many places we planned to look. Needless to say, after that first meeting with Nathan, we decided we need not look any further. Mom was reluctant to make the change to an AL and the day of the move did not go smooth. Her fears of the unknown were the hindrance. Nathan with great expertise and gentleness took this task head on. His compassion and heart shown through! I am so thankful we connected with Brookdale and its community mindset of family! The staff are kind and compassionate and we look forward to working with them all in caring for our Mom. Update: Mom’s health & Alzheimer’s Dementia has come to the point she needed more care. We made the hard decision to move her. The experience leaving was as wonderful as coming into this community. The staff are all caring and understanding. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone needing their loved one in an AL. We will miss the family we made while here and are very thankful for the time spent here and the care our Mom received.

My dad (Michelle's dad) was here at this Brookdale location for just a brief time before having to move into a skilled nursing facility and my mother in law is still living at Brookdale of Lenoir. I cannot praise the staff enough for the wonderful care my dad received and my mother in law still receives. The facility is so clean and the residents have told me how much they like it and that the staff are so good to them. I am so impressed with everything about Brookdale of Lenoir.
