BROOKDALE LOMA LINDA

This place is so amazing. The facility and staff are wonderful. I helped my aunt get into this facility in the beginning of January and we couldn’t be more pleased and grateful. The food is delicious and nutritious. The staff always goes above and beyond. We chose this location for many reasons but the location being so close to the Loma Linda medical facilities was a huge bonus.

I have been searching for a home to place my grandfather in and absolutely overwhelmed at all the options. It's my first time having to deal with this so I was unclear on how everything worked. I made a phone call to Brookdale and spoke to a wonderful lady named Amber on the phone who was incredibly informative. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with her while she explained to me the benefits, amenities, and logistics of how everything worked for this community. Unlike the other phone calls I had placed to other places this one was incredibly genuine. I booked an appointment and can't wait to come and check this place out next week!

If your reading this, then you are looking for a place for loved one regarding Asissted Living, etc. When I first walked in, it has a very, very home feeling. The staff are all very friendly and I could see that the residents were being taken care of with love and caring. You will not be disappointed. When I've left messages the staff returns my call immediately. My Dad enjoyed the food. They had a menu at every table.i looked no further after touring Brookdale Loma Linda. They have great activities everyday. Please go and check them out.

I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and have had a pleasant experience with the wonderful staff especially my nurse AJ . At first I was hesitant to Move from home but after my family’s motivation I tried it out and I am it so glad I did. The meals and daily help are very important to me . The employees go above and beyond to help me with my daily needs and wants . The location is great , everything is nearby and the views are nice . Transportation provided makes life easier .

Brookdale staff was wonderful when having to choose placing our loved one in their community. They were great and very helpful. The entire staff is great they assist each patient and treat them with respect. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. They also made my family member comfortable and welcome which made the transition easier. My family member does love the place.
