Brookdale Medford

Brookdale Medford has been the best choice in the Rogue Valley for my mother. Brookdale, is moms home away from home. It is inviting, warm, cozy and safe. The management is extremely great to work with. The care team and staff are a blessing. They all really care and love mom. Even the chef is friendly and available to talk with. Super friendly staff, always with a smile to say hello. Caregiving is a hard job, but you wouldn't see this in Brookdale's staff, they have grace and compassion for the residence. Location was huge for our family. Brookdale is located close to Asante Hospital and moms Primary Care Physician, less than a mile away. A local grocery store half a mile up the road, two miles to I-5. Brookdale could not be in a more perfect location with the beautiful mountain views and garden setting. I could not be more satisfied with the care mom gets. Even in an event that mom was sick, they all come together as a team to help her with her needs and make her feel comfortable. Always in communication with me for suggestions or something mom may need. If anyone is looking for a place to have your loved one go to, I could not be more happy with the love and care Brookdale has for their residence. Let me tell you, I am a picky daughter who cares and loves her mother deeply. This is my husband computer, I am Melissa McKenzie :)

Working with Veronica has been a good send! It is a difficult time when making these decisions. I'm so grateful for all the staff, from the reception, nursing to the server's in the dining area . They have been so kind and are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this wonderful team. Thank you Lora
