I would strongly advise anyone considering placing a loved one here to look elsewhere. What you’ll find instead is a corporate-run facility that delivers shockingly poor care while prioritizing profits over people. The executive director, Nicole Gandee, appears to operate strictly as a corporate mouthpiece, showing little empathy for either staff or residents. Families are nickel-and-dimed at every turn—extra charges for basic services like meal delivery or medication assistance, even for residents who genuinely need help. The facility is chronically understaffed, relying heavily on temporary agency workers due to corporate cost-cutting. Brookdale’s leadership consistently allows greed to outweigh the well-being of both residents and employees. Even the food reflects this mindset: highly processed, low-quality meals comparable to institutional cafeteria fare. Save your money—and more importantly, protect your loved ones. There are far better care options available than anything Brookdale has to offer.

This assisted living and memory care community is truly outstanding. The memory care team is compassionate, patient, and highly attentive, creating a safe and supportive environment for residents. The activities are engaging and thoughtfully designed, the meals are nutritious and enjoyable, maintenance is prompt, and housekeeping keeps everything clean and well maintained. The sales team is welcoming and informative, and the Executive Director leads with dedication, compassion, and excellence.Definitely grateful for the care provided and highly recommend this community.
