Brookdale Senior Living in Midland has been a true blessing for our family. From the start, the staff showed incredible kindness and understanding, helping us navigate the difficult process of determining our loved one’s needs. Their care is exceptional, and they treat residents with genuine warmth, respect, and compassion. They not only support those in their care but also the families, offering reassurance and guidance every step of the way. We’re so grateful for the peace of mind Brookdale has given us.

I recently visited my grandfather at Brookdale and I have to say, I’m really pleased. All of the staff have been very nice and treat my grandfather well. Beth in particular is a gem, she’s so sweet and friendly. It’s a relief knowing my grandpa is good hands. Highly recommend.

Brookdale. Your agency is so non compassionate. There may be just one of your entire staff that was compassionate. Your people just desire a paycheck. I will let others in the Midland community know not to take their loved ones to you. And I don’t know why you bill Medicare for services you refuse to give to residence, but you sure do tell Medicare you do it. Your food is not for a dog. I hope many people will see this I’m putting on your website.

After a less than stellar rehab experience following hip replacement on my 88 year old dad, I had to make a quick decision about assisted living. Brookdale of Midland has far surpassed any of my expectations. From the initial visit with Lacy Cole, who instantly became family to me, I was convinced that this was the place for my dad. Nurse Jessica (who is the cutest thing ever) and Angela, Tiffany, Elise and all the loving,caring workers at Brookdale are top notch and constantly interacting with the residents. I sincerely do not know how one place could hire employees that are ALL happy and show that they love their work with the elderly and disabled. Thank you Brookdale for providing a place where my loved one can live with the dignity and care that he has provided everyone else his whole life.❤️Beth Warren

My brother has been living at Brookdale in Midland, TX for the last month. The staff there has been so accommodating, caring and friendly during his transition. The administrators, nursing staff, and aides all really care about the residents at Brookdale. Whenever I arrive to visit, everyone I meet greets me with a smile. We recently had family in town & we were allowed to have meals in the dining room. I can't say enough positive accolades about Brookdale - Midland. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for assisted living for their loved one.
