Brookdale Monroe Square 1

In my line of work, I’m in many assisted living and memory care communities in the area. Brookdale Monroe Square is one of the best in the area. The staff here are what makes this community so great. Everyone working in this community truly has a heart for their residents and it is evident every single time I come in. I’ve seen first hand how they go above and beyond to ensure their residents are cared for as if they were their own family. Truly, everyone from the administrator to the rehab team is exceptional. I would recommend brookdale monroe square to anyone in the area looking for assisted living or memory care. They will be in good hands.

Brookdale is truly a home for my Mom. The staff cares for her like family and communicates very well with family. Brookdale is clean, safe and has great food and activities. Having my loved one at Brookdale brings our family peace of mind.

I was very pleased with the care my mother received at Brookdale Monroe Square Memory Care. Every staff member I encountered had a positive caring attitude as well as being compassionate, kind, and helpful. My mother was treated with dignity and respect.

My family is extremely pleased with the kindness, and care given to our loved one. We visit regularly and have found the quality of his care, and the respect shown for him is exemplary. We are greeted with a smile and friendly staff and he in turn smiles and feels safe within the building. What a comfort to know that those you love are being cared for by individuals who treat the residents with compassionate care and dignity. Thank you to those most directly responsible for his care- I wish this staff could be highlighted as superior in every way!!! When we chose this facility, we hit the jackpot !!!

Mom is a resident of Brookdale Monroe Square. She and our family are delighted with the care and support of this staff. The facility is well-maintained, warm, and inviting. It is vibrant with people living there, working there, and visiting. The activities are varied and engaging for the residents. The staff encourages Mom to enjoy her day and makes her feel appreciated and wanted. As well as staff and management doing everything to make this home for Mom and our family, the other residents are important to her as well. She has made great friends.
