BROOKDALE MURRIETA

My wife and I took a tour of the Brookdale Murrieta assisted living facility and Ann Ciccarelli who is their Sales and Marketing Manager did an awesome job of explaining the costs and services available for my 90 year old dad. When we were done, we knew this was the home for my dad. I then spent 2 days selling him (dad) on Brookdale, and he'll be moving in shortly. Ann is great at her job and with people. Nick M.

Had a wonderful experience with Ann at the Murrieta location. She went above and beyond to provide us with valuable information that truly helped us in our decision-making process. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, and it was heartwarming to see the residents active, social, and engaged. A great environment all around!

A Heartfelt Thank You to Brookfield! My Mom lived here for almost two years before she passed. What a great facility! The staff have been incredibly helpful, kind, supportive, and attentive. My Mom always said the food was good, the activities were fun, and the team tried to include everyone. The leadership team, including Cindy and Kelly, were beyond supportive and helped us navigate the end-of-life process for my Mom. Thank you to the entire Brookfield team for supporting so many seniors and those who need assistance. You have a very difficult job, but what you do makes such a difference!

If I could give more stars, I would!!! We were referred to this assisted living facility through Dr. Bach Nguyen in Murrieta. As we walked in the door, we could tell this was an A+++ facility. Everything was clean and organized. The seniors living there seemed genuinely happy and content. The receptionist was very warm and kind. We spoke with Ann Ciccarelli, the Sales and Marketing Manager and she is phenomenal!! She was gracious, empathetic and compassionate. Even though this facility was not a good fit for my mother (non memory care), Ann pointed us in the right direction. She even provided information about a little known additional benefit for Veterans that could benefit my mother. We left feeling well informed for the next steps. Ann also followed up with me via phone the next week just to see how things were going. Very kind.

I’m a mobile notary and Brookdale recommended me to one of their residents. I came to Brookedale in murrieta and was greeted by Kristin to get checked in. The facility is very nice and clean inside, they had it all decked out in Hawaiian for a luau they had. Ann the sales manager is so incredibly kind, she invited me to come to their Halloween festivities. I highly recommend checking this place out for anyone needing senior living for their family members.
