BROOKDALE NORTH AUGUSTA

We love Brookdale in North Augusta! The staff is so caring and responsive. Our family member is very happy and content in her new “ home”. We highly recommend this facility!

We toured several communities in the area when searching for the right home for my parents and Brookdale North Augusta was the best one by far. My parents are now settling in there, and I could not be happier with the decision. The facility has been recently updated and is very welcoming. The greatest asset by far is the staff. Everyone from the administrators, to the medical staff, to wonderful employees who assist with daily living activities are incredible. They are always so kind and willing to help in any way. It is such a comfort to know my parents are being cared for in such a positive environment by truly exceptional people.

This place is amazing.!! The staff is soooo kind and mostly caring if the residents. They really make sure everything is taken care of and everyone has anything they need. They go the extra mile.!! MrJon, Mrs Laura, Ms Joan, anthem rest of the staff are amazing. Kudos.

A dedicated and caring staff but the community overall is too heavily priced even with new furniture and paint. It’s portrayed as luxury and you do pay a luxury price but without luxury amenities. Biggest hurdle in the building is an Exec Director who simply requires better interaction skills with staff and more training and overall building management. As far as living goes it is not bad but there is currently more affordable and better within the area

When I toured Brookdale, my thoughts were I would live here! I was not sure if my dad was moving from Louisiana, but when he took the plunge I knew where I wanted him to live. He agreed after he saw the place! The move in was made very easy and the marketing director helped every step of the way. So I knew it was a pretty place with it being so clean and the dining room being so nice, but now I can say wow by the actions of the staff. They aim to please and are so caring towards my dad. They are so welcoming every time I go visit and make my dad feel special. I am so thankful for the staff at Brookdale, the sweet residents, and the wonderful food my dad gets to enjoy three meals a day!! It is a blessing to know he is taken care of and safe.
