BROOKDALE NORTH EUCLID

I met Lorena and Juliana yesterday. Awesome people! They were very accommodating. Lorena took me on a tour of their lovely place and I also met some of the residents. Beautiful, cozy home. I loved the energy. I also met some of the staff. It's a great place to build community in.

I have been looking for a place for my business partner. I was contacted by lorena from this facility and he was evaluated by Krystal at the hospital . We ended up not being a fix for them due to his high level of care . The professionalism that was displayed from front to back cannot carry a price on it. I felt like they had the best interest for my friend even though we were not a match. I wish the world could see through the same set of eyes they had. I strongly recommend this place for your loved ones.

First of all, my family & I LOVE every single staff member at Brookdale thus far. I will write names for those I have met personally. Logan: Professional, understanding, patient, helpful & kind. Lorena: A heart of gold! You can tell she loves her job & the residents of the community. She works magic! Krystal: Prompt, knowledgeable, caring & truly wants what's best for the residents. Yosselin: Knowledgeable, kind, efficient, communicative & patient. Marcos: Friendly, prompt, professional & caring. To all my dads care team members, THANK YOU! My family & I couldn't have chosen a better community for my dad.

My siblings and I recently toured this facility with our mother and found it to be wonderful. The facility itself was clean and inviting. There was a wide array of activities available. The staff and other residents were very friendly and made us all feel welcome. Although we ended up choosing another Brookdale facility due to its proximity to the siblings in the area, it was a difficult choice and Brookdale Euclid was a top contender.

Our mom recently moved into Brookdale North Euclid. We are very happy with the care she has received. The staff is absolutely on top of making sure her needs are met. I’d like to thank Lorena for the kindness she’s displayed to all family members. Big shout out to the Medication Team…. Krystal, Cat, Josselyn, Cassidy, Jasmin. The front desk staff…. Celia, Marcos, Maribel, and Mr. “E” are some of the nicest people we see when we walk in. We can’t forget the Kitchen Staff ( Mom’s) Favorite!! THANK YOU
