Obtain competitive offers from other senior and memory care communities. Try to find former residents to obtain your own personal reviews. Brookdale offers very good care, so social media reviews in that category will be positive. However, although your loved one is well cared for, your peace of mind regarding monthly escalating costs and corporate billing errors will be discomforting. The corporation had proxy fights at its annual meetings in 2019 and 2025, and the CEO recently departed; so, act with appropriate caution.

Regrettably I had to put a close family member into memory care. It was a very trying and emotional time in our lives. I looked at several facilities and Brookdale North Fremont stood out. Zero regrets. The staff and Management at Brookdale North Fremont did an outstanding job of taking care of my family member (and me) during her time there. The care they provided was very mindful and compassionate. I hope I never find myself in the same position again, but if I were, Brookdale North Fremont would be my first choice for a memory care facility.

Came for a tour and was a greeted with white glove customer service. Staff was very pleasant! Was looking place for my grandfather but later found out my sister had availability at her home. Will Brookdale North Fremont on the list!

A wonderful memory care community. Small size allows personalized interaction between staff, caregivers, residents and families. Maria keeps the residents engaged and happy with a myriad of activities and goes the extra mile with holiday events. Rachel and all of the med-techs and staff are patient and kind and maintain good dialog with families as needs arise. Our loved one has been happy and content in BNF's nurturing environment for several years.

Memory care senior home. 35 residents, caring staff, variety of activities and circular building design make this an excellent decision.
