BROOKDALE NORTH GILBERT

We moved our sister into Brookdale North in Gilbert three weeks ago from New York, and from the very beginning, we’ve been incredibly grateful for the exceptional support we’ve received. Traci Henderson was our first point of contact, and she went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of the admission process was handled efficiently and with care, making what could have been a stressful transition feel seamless. Since her arrival, our experience with the entire care team has been nothing short of outstanding. Their compassion, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to the well-being of each resident are truly remarkable. It’s clear that every team member is deeply committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment. What has touched us most is the time and effort the staff invests in truly getting to know each resident. It takes a very special kind of professional to care for individuals with dementia, and we feel incredibly fortunate that our sister is in such capable, compassionate hands.

I love Brookdale North Gilbert! Candy Watts is amazing and very personable when it comes to working with families, as well as the whole staff. Everyone is friendly, the building is clean, and I would recommend this building to anyone who is looking for Memory Care! We recently placed my mother at Brookdale North Gilbert. She has a beautiful studio with fresh paint and a small kitchen. The staff, are efficient and very helpful. The nurses, CNA’s and caregivers are compassionate, friendly and treat my mother well. My mother has been at other assisted care facilities and none compare to the cleanliness, compassion and care that she has received at Brookdale North Gilbert.

Brookdale North Gilbert is staffed by some of the kindest and hard working people I've ever met. They care about their residents and Kimberly is a fantastic resource for when it comes time to say goodbye to your loved one. My Mom was here for just a while, but she enjoyed the little time she was there and was comfortable. William the current Executive Director is one that gets down into the dirt to help out and isn't one to shirk his duties. Audrey stepped in as Clare Bridge Program Coordinator (Activities) and has had some of the most memorable family nights I've been a part of. Thank you for all that you've done for us and our Mother.
