I recently had the pleasure of visiting a dear family friend at Brookdale North Naples, and I can’t express enough how impressed I was with the entire experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, filled with the sounds of laughter and conversation. The staff truly stood out to me. They are not only professional but also genuinely caring, taking the time to get to know each resident personally. It’s clear that they prioritize the well-being of the residents, offering tailored support that respects their independence while ensuring they have everything they need. I would highly recommend Brookdale North Naples to anyone seeking a nurturing and vibrant community. It’s a place where residents can thrive, surrounded by caring staff and a supportive environment.

Moving my mom to Naples after the death of my dad was a huge decision. She has MS and she’s wheelchair bound. Because of this, she needs a lot of care. The staff is kind and gentle and responsive. She has found so many peers at Brookdale North to socialize with whether it’s eating together or exercise class or discussing the Bible. She attends bingo and movies regularly and in one year she has built a strong network of friends. Moving her here was the best decision I could have made!

I have been a performing musician at Brookdale for several months.. During that time, I have had the opportunity to meet the residents and staff. The residents are active, full of life and engaged. The staff are professional, concerned and focused on providing outstanding care. From Holly, the executive director, to AJ the Activities Director, to Joanna who makes sure I get paid, to Lauren and Salina the marketing team, to other people I have not yet gotten to know on a first-name basis, all are first-rate people. I would not hesitate to send a loved one to this assisted living home.

A member of our extended family needed to move into an assisted living facility. After visiting various options and doing some research she chose to move into Brookdale North Naples. Turns out it was an excellent decision. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They honestly go out of their way to make her feel welcome, not just a number. These people are real. I visit Ludi numerous times on a weekly basis and therefore get exposed to the environment in which she lives. Each time I'm greeted with that same welcoming atmosphere. Her apartment is perfectly sized for her needs, Everyone has made her feel welcome including other senior residents. I am very comfortable knowing she is in a healthy, happy and welcoming environment. I highly recommend this location to others.

I can’t thank Brookdale North Naples enough for taking care of my loved one. I moved my mom from another community because we weren’t happy with the care she was receiving. Salina answered all of our questions and it just felt right from the moment we walked into the door. Holly, the executive director was also just amazing and so involved. The care my mom received here was night and day compared to the other place. They have a full care staff and have for the whole year my mom was there. The receptionist Linda and Jeanne are the absolute best and just so helpful. The dining staff, so polite. Every staff member loves their job and you can feel/see that. If you want your loved one to be taken care, treated with dignity and respect, this is the community for you.
