Colonnade Northdale staff excels at open communication with compassion and understanding, particularly in the face of difficult decision making. Grateful our Mom is “home” with such wonderful care.

What an incredible experience I had with the Sales Team and Executive Director at a true hour of need. Michelle, Alberta and Lisa made the transition from one ALF to the Colonnade @ Northdale seamless. My parent loves being at The Colonnade. All the staff have made him feel more than welcomed, they have made him feel at home, as if he has been there forever. Liz and Sonja have been wonderful. There are more staff to recognize, but not enough time. Suffice to say, your loved one will be well cared for at The Colonnade @ Northdale. Thank you everyone.

I recall visiting this place several years ago with both my folks and it was my memorable. Fast forward a few years later and it was the best choice ever. The facility as a whole is very family oriented and they care deeply about the residents, family members, and work together as a team. They literally go above and beyond in various circumstances and learn each resident well with clear communication across the board. Unlike previous communities, the one thing that strikes me the most with this community is the access to the executive director-Lisa Marie. She is a text away for questions, concerns, comments, compliments, complaints, or anything. My mother has been in memory care for over a year and she had adjusted well with the amazing supportive encouraging staff who have learned my mom well and left me in comforting, supportive ways. The recent renovation in memory care makes it feel very modern and a touch of class. Thank you for the super experience and supportive and safe environment!

This community is a blessing. The staff provide great care and genuine love for their residents. I always appreciated their contact over my mother's needs so I was able to address them quickly. The facility is well maintained, kept very clean, and doesn't smell like a clinic. They also have a ton of unique activities every day for the residents to enjoy. In my mother's time there, they even went through a major hurricane! The staff and management were stellar throughout. I'm truly thankful for the friendship and experiences they gave my mother. If you need an Assisted Living Facility, look no further.

I was here a few weeks back to provide Notary services to a resident and I was very impressed! It was dinner time, the food smelled great and I the place was nicely decorated. The atmosphere had a warm, cozy, homely feel to it. Everything was clean and the few residents I had the pleasure of speaking with all stated they were very happy there!
