Brookdale Northville

In the few months my mother was at Northville Pointe I had the distinct pleasure of being with her every day. By being there so much I was able to get to know the residents and staff well. The entire staff at Northville Pointe is truly concerned for the overall wellbeing of their residents. They were able to accommodate my mom's needs for mobility and vision challenges. The entire staff knew my mother personally which brought our family comfort. David the new executive director is forward thinking and is putting into place positive actions for the residents, staff and facility itself. The entire staff has an open door policy and are very approachable for all aspects of care. Northville Pointe is moving in a positive direction. My family is grateful that our mom was at Northville Point.

I have volunteered at Brookdale for almost 4 years and have referred many family and friends to Brookdale Northville. The staff is amazing and really care about each and every resident and especially during this very difficult pandemic time Caren, the Activity Director has been doing everything possible to keep the residents busy and engaged. I have seen first hand the care and love each resident receives and I highly recommend Brookdale Northville to anyone looking for a wonderful, quaint and beautifully comfortable place for their loved one.

My mom has been living at Brookdale Northville for just over two years now. She is very happy and content living there. I know this because she tells me that all the time. Mom enjoys playing Bingo with her friends and going on numerous outings. The Activity Director is amazing. The staff goes out of their way to invite Mom to activities. I am very involved with my mom and so I see the caregivers on a regular basis and know firsthand that they are friendly and compassionate. The Executive Director is an awesome leader. She acts immediately on any concern we may have and resolves it to our satisfaction. The nurse is great and attentive and answers any questions we have. During the pandemic the staff at Brookdale Northville absolutely earned their "Heros Work Here" sign in the front of the building! Brookdale has gone above and beyond in assisting me with "virtual visits" with Mom. The Executive Director and her wonderful assistant Tamika have kept us updated every step of the way and we hope to soon be able to actually visit outside with our loved ones. The Executive Director was excited to tell me her plan and how she has everything in place for when we get the green light to go and visit! Before choosing Brookdale Northville I did my research and visited 11 other assisted living facilities. My sisters and I are so happy that we made the right decision for Mom. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Northville for your loved one too.

My experience with Brookdale Northville has been nothing short of "great". On the multiple visits to Brookdale I experienced a very welcoming staff, and a friendly environment. I've met with many families who have loved ones at Brookdale and never heard a negative statement. Brookdale has continued to provide training to their staff and the families of their residents in order to enhance overall care. They put the community members first - and work diligently to provide great service every day.

A relative/friend of mine has been a resident at Brookdale Northville for quite some time now. We visit him quite regularly. The care he gets here is amazing. The staff is so friendly and attentive. On holidays they have wonderful dinners for them and their families/friends. The food is delicious and the entertainment is wonderful. My friend was so lonely at home and seemed to be going downhill. The change in him is heartwarming. He's happy, they have made him feel purposeful and important. They have made him feel like it's his home. For me to say that I would love to live here says it all. Thank you Brookdale for taking such good care of our loved one.
