Ansley Parke at Orange City (FL) is an exceptionally well-operated, professionally-staffed senior living community. Its staff are unusually friendly, caring and compassionate, and take a real interest in the health and safety of all residents. I toured and/or assessed more than twelve other senior living communities in Central Florida, and none can compare to Ansley Parke at Orange City. This senior living community offers the best housing options at the best price with the best service. My 95-year-old mother agrees! She loves the health-conscious food entrees (low salt and sugar); movie night; how clean the premises are kept; and the professionalism of the front office and nursing staff. It's hard to recommend this senior living community highly enough. Five stars! I left the above review in December 2022 and continue to marvel at the excellent care provided to my mother by the caring staff of Ansley Parke at Orange City. They are phenomenal!! (8/29/23) (Update : Novmber 28, 2025): After three years at Ansley Parke at Orange City, my mother is coming to live with me in Rhode Island. My parting impression of this wonderful facility? It has never changed! The care and attention have been excellent at all points along the way. The staff are exceptionally friendly, approachable and caring. They are true professionals. Every one of them deserves loads of praise. I can't say enough good things about Ansley Parke at Orange City! Thanks for taking such good care of my mom. She will miss you all, and so will I.

This place is a very nice place. However, the facility is severely understaffed. They have nurses doing server positions. They cannot keep a Server service quit left and right so many horror stories. I’ve heard about this place and it’s only got worse management here not the best could be better overall this place could use Some work nurses should not have to be doing servers positions because they cannot keep servers. They pay underwhelming for all the work that they’re asking to do is crazy to me. Resident ended up having their food An hour later, my parents end up complaining to me about the food quality and I’m deep Overall, this place is really understaffed and could use better management

My mom has been a resident at Atria Orange City for over 1-1/2 years. I am very pleased with the atmosphere and the staff. Everyone is caring and does a wonderful job. When I have any concerns or issues, which is very rare, I have always received prompt attention, and the issue has been resolved quickly. Mom really seems to be thriving and happy here. I am very grateful for Atria. It gives me peace of mind to know there are staff available 24/7.

I moved my mother into Atria Orange City from another independent living facility in March 2019. She now feels more secure and has made many friends. As a dogs friendly facility she was able to keep her dog Buddy. They loved the tree lined front porch area. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The dining menu is very good and provides many choices for all tastes. If you need a friendly relaxed style of living, this is the place for you.
