BROOKDALE PALM BEACH GARDENS

Wow! Visited A friend For dinner, who recently moved into Brookdale Palm Beach Gardens Independent Living. The meatloaf was the best I have ever tasted perfectly season with no salt but exceptionally tasty. Enjoyed the cream spinach also. The next night they blew it out of the ballpark with Manicotti. They are not kidding when they say Luxury Dining. The entire staff especially "Nikki" in Physical Therapy and everyone in housekeeping staff, especially the dining room personnel are so welcoming and helpful. the Engagement (activities) team are phenomenal. work tirelessly to provide musical entertainment, both mind exercising and pleasure games, cocktail hour, bingo, special occasion parties partnered with Dining room director. They make it fun for all youthful independent and physically challenged residents. Janine, Kelsey, Duhane and Marlin make it possible to "Never have a bad day" they're positive spirit is contagious. I'm counting the days until I move in permanently.

I’m truly grateful for the help I received while looking for a suitable senior living home , Finding the right senior living option wasn’t easy, but Michael James made the entire process feel so much more manageable. From the start, he was kind, patient, and truly cared about what we needed. He took the time to listen, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt supported and informed at every step—not rushed, not pressured. The community was beautiful, and every staff member we met was welcoming and compassionate, which made us feel even more at ease. Michael’s professionalism and genuine compassion really stood out, and I’m sincerely grateful for the guidance and reassurance he gave us. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone helping a loved one through this transition.

My Dad decided to relocate from Brookdale in Ohio to Brookdale in Palm Beach Gardens. This was very stressful for us to coordinate since we live in Ohio. Michael was fantastic and helped make sure my Dad was safe and taken care of. He sent us videos of the apartments for my Dad to choose from and spent a lot of time making sure that all of our questions were answered. He really went above and beyond to make my Dad feel comfortable. Shawna from Brookdale at Home was amazing to help coordinate my Dads arrival and also arranged to help unpack my Dad. Urbana was also incredible. She called me at 8:00 pm one night to make sure things were being taken care of. Michael, Shawna and Urbana are true professionals.

I want to take a moment to recognize Michael James and Ashley Dubay and the Brookdale staff for the outstanding support they provided in relocating my dear friend to Independent Living at Brookdale in Palm Beach Gardens. From the very beginning, they handled every detail with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. They not only facilitated the move seamlessly but also went above and beyond to ensure my friend felt comfortable, respected, and truly welcomed into her new community. It is rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such heartfelt compassion.

I joined the community at the beginning of 2024 and the TEAM has come a long way! Brookdale is a beautiful building and property setback in a great Palm Beach Gardens location close to shopping and restaurants. There is a gorgeous walking trail beyond the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi area with garden beds that make you feel like you are on a historic nature path. While the talented team in each of their departments are working hard to keep up with the growing community, there are some specific individuals besides my own caring team Corey and Jill that I enjoy showing off to any visits and they include our resident services Director Aimee, our Memory Care Coordinator Madison, and Kareem, Duhane, Kevin of the Dining team. It is clear their passion to serve and make a difference goes ABOVE and beyond their job description. Brookdale residents are HAPPY and smiling every day and that at the end of the day is all that matters!
