BROOKDALE PALM COAST

Brookdale is a wonderful community that truly feels like home. It’s a smaller assisted living facility, which gives it such a warm, family-like atmosphere. The team here goes above and beyond for their residents, showing genuine care and compassion in everything they do. Each staff member takes the time to know every resident personally, creating a sense of comfort, connection, and belonging. Brookdale is a place where you can truly feel the love and dedication behind the care they provide every day.

My mom is currently a resident and we are happy with 90% of the place! The “staff” is wonderful and she gets great care! However, it is a business and like most the problem is their management! It’s all about $$$ they “nickel and dime” you for every little thing, which is very discouraging and takes away from the goodness of the place!

Derek Holloway and the TEAM were excellent as we moved my mom into The Brookdale. All questions answered in a timely fashion. Safety and coordination of my mom's activity were well planned and explained in a understandable fashion during a very hectic time.

My 90 yo father has received excellent care at Brookdale Palm Coast. The staff has been very supportive and helpful. They encourage my Dad to get out of his room especially for meals and he likes the food very much. His condition has improved over the past month and I think the environment at Brookdale contributed to his improvement.

We have visited Brookdale on several occasions, each time the staff was friendly and welcoming. But most importantly the residents were well cared for, happy and active. The facility was clean and updated. Our questions were answered and the staff followed up with us multiple times. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.
