BROOKDALE PANAMA CITY

This senior living helps enjoy the pension for old people. The residents receive all care they need. Very good place to stay for your senior age.

The staff are lazy, and don't like to work. They always have terrible attitudes. I wouldnt feed the food there to my dog! The administrator and the DON both have no idea about any of the policies or laws pertaining to health care in general. The nurses there (not including carl) only know how to pass pills and have no other healthcare knowledge it seems like. When you ask them something pertaining to the resident they say they'll "talk to the Don"

This is a wonderful facility with knowledgeable and compassionate staff who takes care of my mom as if she was their own. I have peace knowing my mom is well taken care of and is safe.

The people that work at Brookdale are always so friendly, helpful and courteous anytime I go to visit my Dad and need assistance with something. It's obvious that they enjoy their occupations and where they work. Their positive attitudes transmits to the residents as well, everybody on their walkers or in their wheelchairs seem to be pretty happy. The facility itself is always clean, inside and outside. My Dad is very happy at Brookdale. The transition to Brookdale from his own house was a shock to him admittedly, but within two weeks he really liked it. He was treated like a king and finally realized how much easier life just became for himself.

Brookdale appears to be a well designed facility with a friendly staff. It's very clean and seems to be a rather upscale assisted living facility with comfortable living areas. I'm not a resident and was there to help my friend who is a beautician there 2 days a week. They have a wonderful Beauty Salon for the residents that is a full service salon, including manicures and pedicures. It's not a huge facility and has around 40 residents that are mainly ambulatory and active and alert. If I were to need an assisted living facility I would prefer to be someplace like Brookdale.
