Brookdale Peachtree MC

The memory care unit was sparsely staffed on the day of our visit. We observed patients in the TV room unsupervised. We saw no observance of any activities for the memory care patients. This unit is vastly different from the other Brookdale Peachtree, and we were extremely disappointed in the facility.

We are very thankful for the care and support that Brookdale gave my grandfather in the few weeks he was there. They came and stood with us begging for him to get assistance he needed even in the hospital. They are great and would recommend to someone else.

Brookdale Peachtree truly stands out as an exceptional assisted living community. When my sister and I were searching for the right place for our Dad, we toured over a dozen facilities in 2.5 days. Brookdale Peachtree was our first stop and it immediately set the standard for every other community we visited. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how clean the community was and how compassionate the staff was. The rooms were spacious and bright. We felt incredibly fortunate that a room was available for our Dad. Over the past year, the care he received from the staff and med-techs made all the difference in his quality of life. One thing that really stood out was the consistency of the staff. There is very little turnover, which speaks volumes about the culture and commitment at Brookdale Peachtree. We're especially grateful to Trevis, Jennifer, Z, Tammy, Florence, Taylor, Autumn and the entire team for their unwavering kindness and support. We truly believe that they are angels on earth. They didn't just care for our Dad. They welcomed our family with open arms and made us feel like part of theirs.

They did a great job caring for dad, let him build a garden for his wife (my mom) in her memory, helped with getting new meds as his Healthcare needs changed, loaned us furniture and other necessities, helped with his meal requests when needed, and were nice and caring. Very sweet people.

Everyone at Brookdale is so wonderful and go out of their way to make you feel like family!!! They truly show their admiration for their job and it’s not just a job to them. Their so knowledgeable, help you with any questions you may have at anytime no matter how busy they are, and help you feel like your loved one is so well taken care of. My mother loves it there and never wanted to go to a nursing home, “she says this isn't a nursing home it’s so beautiful here , it has a lot of activities for me to do and everyone treats me so well”. They have helped me so much by not only understand the disease but helped me know how to communicate with my mom and help her enjoy life!! Brookdale is definitely the place to go I have not seen my mom this happy in a long time!! The staff and administration of memory care is absolutely amazing and phenomenal .
