BROOKDALE PECAN PARK

I am a current resident. We are a pecan park family guided by Brookdale and living life in complete harmony. All the staff work hard while the residents “toot” their horns to a joyful parade of life. So if you want to come and join people having fun. Search out Brookdale Pecan Park!

For the last 14 months, I have been visiting a 94-year-old friend who resides at Brookdale Pecan Park most Wednesday afternoons. I come on Wednesdays because there is a Bible study led by a visiting chaplain and all are welcome. The staff at Brookdale are amazing in caring for the residents and planning activities and even field trips. Residents are involved in a personal, exercise program. For participating in activities, residents receive "Brookdale Bucks" that can be used to buy external items they want at the highly anticipated monthly "store." Recently, one of the residents celebrated her hundredth birday and all celebrated it in a party. When a resident passes away, Brookdale provides transportation for residents to attend the memorial service. Brookdale Pecan Park is doing a great job!

My grandmother has been here for almost a year. We looked at many facilities before choosing this one. They offer excellent and personalized care, even for those whose memories are failing. They remember her even when she can’t remember them. The price is a little high, but it’s a price we’re willing to pay to know she’s safe and is being properly cared for by people who genuinely care for her well being. The establishment itself is really nice. We couldn’t have asked for a better set up with her apartment. We’ve furnished it well and it’s like an adorable little studio apt. And she got to bring her cat with her, which in itself has been sooo good for her. All the staff and residents know Batman and they ask about him! We are so pleased with this facility and how good it’s been.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding care my mother has received at Brookdale Pecan Park Assisted Living. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this community prioritizes the well-being and happiness of its residents. The staff at Brookdale Pecan Park is truly exceptional. Ashley has been a beacon of support, always going above and beyond to ensure my mother feels comfortable and cared for. Her warmth and compassion have made a significant difference in my mother's experience. Cristina is another standout team member, consistently providing thoughtful and attentive care. She always takes the time to engage with my mother, making her feel valued and respected. Angie has also played a crucial role in my mother's care, demonstrating both professionalism and a genuine love for her work. It's evident that she truly cares about the residents and takes the time to understand their individual needs. Lastly, Elleya has been a wonderful addition to the team, bringing positivity and energy that brightens the atmosphere. The entire staff works seamlessly together, creating a supportive and nurturing environment. They not only attend to my mother's physical needs but also prioritize her emotional well-being, ensuring she feels connected and engaged with the community. I am incredibly thankful for the peace of mind knowing my mother is in such capable and caring hands at Brookdale Pecan Park. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a loving and supportive atmosphere for their loved ones. You know I haven't been at Brookdale for almost 4 years now but I can tell y'all this. it will always have a special place in my heart. this place still has older employees there that truly care and put there heart into this place and love the residents dearly. This use to be my home away from home. I loved everyone of the residents there like they were my own grandparents. I cried with them. made them feel beautiful we laughed togther we had fun together. It's a beautiful place❤️
