Brookdale Pinehurst

This is an amazing facility. The staff welcomed my Mom with open arms. They were sensitive to her unique situation and allowed my Mom to set the pace of orienting herself to her new home. Every staff member we encountered reassured us that my Mom was in good hands. I want to specifically mention staff members Patricia, Mike, Brandi and Ana. What amazing people. However there is one staff member that went above and beyond when caring for my Mom, that was Charlene Ross, she goes by "Char". This woman was truly heaven sent. She is without a doubt the most caring and attentive care giver I have ever seen. I would entrust her with any of my family members. If you are considering Assisted Living or Memory Care Facility, I highly recommend this Brookdale Facility. My family and my Mom were very happy with them.

My best friends father is new to the facility. We visit them at least once a year. This years visit to Mac was so much different then the past few years.It is such a relief to know that he is FINALLY being cared for the way he deserves to be, like a human being. The Memory Care workers at Brookdale show everyday how much they care not only about their jobs but the people they care for. The last facility he was in Peak Resources at Pine Lake was just a place for people to go to die. Walking in to see Mac the other day made my heart smile. Your residents look ALIVE, and the most important thing was Mac said “I like this place!” It is a blessing that my friend Brett can finally be able to relax knowing that her father is in a safe, loving environment! Thank you for everything you do! Charlene is amazing and hands on with the residents and their families. Thank you for taking care of Denny McCann and making his family finally feel at ease!

Beautiful facility with wonderful staff! I was especially amazed at how engaged the staff is with the residents of the memory care unit. Such caring people! The program coordinator, Charlene, is the best! She makes sure the residents are well taken care of and you can tell her heart is in it. ❤️. I highly recommend Brookdale Pinehurst.

I would recommend Brookdale for your loved one should assisted living be the route your family decides to take. I have come to understand that there is no perfect assisted living facility, but Brookdale is a good option. It is clean and maintained and the food gets a mostly thumbs up! It is a smaller facility which allows for a more homey, close-knit feel. My mom moved in with dementia and depression and it was very difficult in the beginning for her to adjust and settle in. Shelly and Toni showed genuine care and concern and went the extra mile for at least two months to help her and the staff adjust. As with most facilities a lot depends on the care staff and there are really good ones and some not so good ones, but being present and involved provides the opportunity to bring cares and concerns to administration to help resolve any issues. Shelly and Toni have a good grasp on the challenges staff can bring and do their best to address and smooth things out, and they both step in when there is a need for extra assistance. A special thank you to Shelly for making sure mom had her coffee every morning! :-)

This is such a Great Place! It’s a Big Family! Everyone looks after each other! The Employees are always so supportive and caring! It’s a Wonderful Place to call Home!
