Brookdale Pocatello

Well , i'm going to give brookdale some credit . They're trying to update the building , put in new floor in But the contractor they hired is using products that are not intended for places with people living in the building. They are using products that are by no means to be used without proper ventilation. It stinks soo much in here so strong im getting sick.I have been schooled and have my certificate in commercial and residential coatings. And what I smell is not to be used in a setting like this !!!!!! Im feeling very ill right now. Because of someone not doing there homework or just trying to save a penny !!!!!!!! It's sickening .it's un except able it's very dangerous and the health risk are very high!!!!! Just to save a penny

I personally have not had any experience with Brookdale, but I do know Michelle who is part of the staff. Since Michelle works there, I know for certain that the people are in very capable hands and will be taken care of with compassionate and thoughtful care. Couldn't ask for a better person to be part of the assisted living team.

The best place to bring your family to live. The residents are always doing something whether it’s Be Fit, Bingo, cornhole or an indoor farmers market. They are always cared for like family ❤️

I was really impressed with their staff and their leadership team, I have done some events with them and they really have a lot of fun. It really shows that they care for their staff and their Residents. Michelle does a great job with with community outreach and organizing great events, and Payton is great with organizing activities that keep their residents entertained and happy. I highly recommend this facility for anyone who is looking for a great place for their loved ones to stay.

Brookdale has been so good with my Mom and has worked hard to be sure she has the best care possible with all of her health care needs. They are very responsive and this has given me a sense of peace at a difficult time when I can’t care for her on my own. I highly recommend this facility if you have a loved one needing to go. There is a very nice home feel as well as good food. Thank You Brookdale!
