Marc in the sales dept is amazing! No pressure but provided all answers & checked in to make sure we were doing ok and to see if we had any questions or if anything had come up. Very sincere and attentive. Our loved one will be moving in! I’ll update the review in a few months.

Brookdale Potomac is a positive environment for your aging parent. Those in charge are responsive and your loved one is treated well. The environment is pleasant. Parking is very easy and there are nearby shops to take your loved one to (i.e., Starbucks, Baskin Robbins, simple restaurants). The cost is still challenging for limited financial resources with long-term stays, but it seems to be less expensive than other options in the area. We also had experience at Brookdale Olney. We did like that property better as it was just more modern, more open and inviting as it was newer, but it was also a bit more expensive than Brookdale Potomac. We have been happy with the services received by our parent at Brookdale Potomac.

Brookdale Potomac is doing a wonderful job caring for my husband. He loves the many varied activities, which include weekly field trips, as well as the food. The rooms & common areas are spacious, warm & inviting. The staff are extremely professional & caring. And the cost is below many comparable assisted living & memory care places in our area. I highly recommend Brookdale Potomac to anyone looking for themselves or their loved ones.

Brookdale Potomac’s Activities Team led by Sharon and Chef Peter have got it going on. Extremely well organized and some really yummy refreshments are always available. Challenging games, fun and holiday music makes for a fabulous party. This is one of Santa’s favorite stops! Warmest wishes Santa Ezra
